Inside Sales Representatives   We are Republic Media, a consultative media company that provides our customers with a means to deliver their advertising message to the right audience in the most effective way.  From online to print to direct mail, Republic Media encompasses an array of products including The Arizona Republic, azcentral.com, La Voz and AZ magazine.   Our Advertising team delivers inventive, engaging and effective solutions that span both traditional and emerging disciplines.  We are dedicated to the creation of smart, integrated advertising that drives revenue, drives brand awareness and makes people take notice.  The sales team at Republic Media creates and executes a plan that captures the attention and imagination of the target customer, tapping into the individual’s needs, wants and desires, while establishing a connection between the advertised product or service and the target customer’s lifestyle, beliefs or values.  We leverage our expertise of creative, interactive, and media to deliver solutions customized specifically to meet unique and evolving needs.   We are currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our sales team.  Our Insides Sales Representatives sell advertising and service accounts via telephone and email, generate leads through client segment and internet research, marketing lists, and other competitive market data.  They also develop new business through telemarketing “cold-calls” and following-up on leads and in-active accounts.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years advertising, marketing or customer service experience and posses the ability to make “cold calls”.   They are customer focused and have a strong attention to the details.  They possess excellent sales skills with the ability to fulfill revenue expectations.  Candidates must be able to build and maintain client relationships; generate, prioritize, and follow-up on leads and inactive accounts. They must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and possess strong communication skills.  Selected candidates will also have excellent written, verbal and presentations skills, be Microsoft Office proficient and be deadline-driven.  Previous experience in advertising sales is preferred.       Republic Media is proud to be part of the Gannett Co.
